Zip and Split

Easily Zip and Split large files ( Last updated 10th March 2006 )

  • Make the task of copying large files between machines easy.

  • Split large movie clips into manageable chunks so they can be emailed or ftp to friends and then Zip.

  • Each collection of zip split parts includes a special rejoin executable that automatically joins all the parts together again.

  • Choose whether to Zip files when they are split to make the whole parts even smaller!

  • Each ZipAndSplit part is CRC ( cyclic redundancy checked ) before and after splitting so any incomplete or damaged parts can be quickly identifed.

  • Runs on Windows 2K/XP using the .Net 2.0 Framework from Microsoft.
